Lootycash operates on a completely free-to-use model. Users are never required to: (a) Make any payment, deposit, or purchase, (b) Provide credit card or banking information to access core services, (c) Pay subscription fees or membership charges.
Lootycash serves as an intermediary platform connecting users with legitimate advertising partners. Rewards are funded entirely by our advertising partners as compensation for user engagement with their promotional content.
Users must be: (a) At least 18 years of age, OR (b) The age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.
By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) All information provided is accurate, current, and complete, (b) You will maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, (c) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, (d) Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Lootycash immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
Lootycash reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to any user at our sole discretion, including but not limited to users who: (a) Fail to meet eligibility requirements, (b) Violate these Terms, (c) Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Lootycash is NOT and does not operate as: (a) A gambling platform, (b) A betting service, (c) A lottery system, (d) A wagering mechanism, (e) A game of chance involving financial risk.
Users explicitly acknowledge and agree that: (a) No deposits or stakes are required to participate, (b) No money or assets are at risk of loss, (c) All rewards are earned through verified completion of specific tasks, (d) No random chance, betting, or wagering mechanisms are employed, (e) The platform operates on a skill and effort-based reward system.
Lootycash operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing legitimate rewards programs and does not engage in any activities regulated under gambling or gaming legislation.
Users may earn Coins by: (a) Completing offers from verified partner networks, (b) Participating in surveys and promotional tasks, (c) Watching promotional videos, (d) Engaging with advertiser content, (e) Participating in platform-approved activities.
Coins are credited only after verification and confirmation by Lootycash or its Partners. Completion of an activity does not guarantee immediate reward. Verification processes may take up to 30 days depending on Partner requirements. Some offers may require specific conditions or holding periods before crediting.
Coin values are determined by Lootycash and may fluctuate. Coins have no inherent monetary value outside the Platform. Coins cannot be transferred between users. Lootycash reserves the right to adjust coin values with reasonable notice.
Lootycash reserves the right to: (a) Revoke or adjust Coins obtained through invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent activities, (b) Reverse credits for offers that are later cancelled or disputed by Partners, (c) Deduct Coins for chargebacks, refunds, or policy violations, (d) Modify reward amounts to correct system errors.
Coins may be redeemed for: (a) Cryptocurrency (Litecoin, Bitcoin, or other supported currencies), (b) Digital gift cards, (c) Other rewards as specified on the Platform.
Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed on the Platform. Users must complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification steps.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-7 business days under normal circumstances. Processing times may vary based on redemption method and verification requirements. Lootycash may modify withdrawal methods, limits, or processing timelines at its discretion.
Withdrawals may be delayed, withheld, or cancelled in cases of: (a) Suspected fraud or abuse, (b) Incomplete verification, (c) Policy violations, (d) Suspicious account activity, (e) Chargebacks or disputes with Partners, (f) Technical issues or system maintenance.
Cryptocurrency network fees may apply to withdrawals. Fees are clearly displayed before confirmation. Lootycash is not responsible for third-party processing fees.
Strictly prohibited: (a) Creating or operating multiple accounts, (b) Sharing accounts with other individuals, (c) Using accounts created by others, (d) Creating accounts with false or misleading information.
Strictly prohibited: (a) Using VPNs, proxies, or location-masking services, (b) Employing emulators, virtual machines, or modified devices, (c) Utilizing automated tools, bots, scripts, or macros, (d) Manipulating device identifiers, IP addresses, or system data, (e) Bypassing security measures or anti-fraud systems.
Strictly prohibited: (a) Providing false information to complete offers, (b) Using incentivized or fake traffic sources, (c) Creating artificial engagement or fake conversions, (d) Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs, (e) Coordinating fraudulent activities with other users.
Strictly prohibited: (a) Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users or staff, (b) Posting illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content, (c) Attempting to scam or deceive other users, (d) Soliciting personal information from other users.
Violations may result in: (a) Immediate account suspension or termination, (b) Forfeiture of all earned and pending Coins, (c) Withholding of pending withdrawals, (d) Legal action for severe violations, (e) Reporting to law enforcement authorities if applicable.
Lootycash maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities. Any evidence of fraud will result in permanent account termination without warning.
To maintain platform integrity and prevent abuse, Lootycash employs sophisticated security systems that may collect and analyze: (a) Device identifiers and fingerprints, (b) IP addresses and geolocation data, (c) Browser and system information, (d) Usage patterns and behavioral analytics, (e) Network characteristics and connection data.
Data is collected exclusively for: (a) Fraud detection and prevention, (b) Security monitoring and threat assessment, (c) Compliance with Partner requirements, (d) Verification of offer completion, (e) Protection of user accounts and platform integrity.
All data collection and processing complies with our Privacy Policy. User data is protected using industry-standard security measures. Data is retained only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes. Users may request information about data collected subject to verification.
Lootycash may use automated systems to: (a) Flag suspicious activities, (b) Prevent fraudulent transactions, (c) Verify offer completions, (d) Determine account standing. Users have the right to contest automated decisions by contacting support.
Lootycash integrates with multiple third-party offer providers and advertising networks. These Partners operate independently and maintain their own terms, policies, and practices.
Lootycash is not responsible for: (a) Performance, availability, or downtime of Partner offers, (b) Actions, policies, or practices of third-party Partners, (c) Quality, accuracy, or legality of Partner content, (d) Disputes between users and Partners regarding offer completion, (e) Changes to Partner terms or reward structures.
All offer completions are subject to Partner verification. Partners have final authority on crediting decisions. Lootycash will advocate for users but cannot guarantee Partner decisions. Disputes with Partners may take up to 90 days to resolve.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Lootycash does not endorse or assume responsibility for external content or services.
Lootycash reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without prior notice for: (a) Violation of these Terms, (b) Fraudulent or abusive behavior, (c) Suspected criminal activity, (d) Non-compliance with verification requirements, (e) Prolonged account inactivity, (f) Legal or regulatory requirements.
Upon account termination: (a) Access to the Platform is immediately revoked, (b) All pending Coins and rewards are forfeited, (c) Outstanding withdrawal requests may be cancelled, (d) User data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.
Users may contest termination decisions by submitting a written appeal through official support channels within 30 days of termination.
All content, features, functionality, designs, logos, trademarks, and proprietary technology on the Platform are owned by Lootycash or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Users may not: (a) Copy, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content, (b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Platform technology, (c) Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels, (d) Use Platform content for commercial purposes without authorization.
The Platform is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: (a) Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, (b) Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content, (c) Uninterrupted or error-free operation, (d) Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Lootycash and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for: (a) Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, (b) Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, (c) Service interruptions or technical failures, (d) Actions or omissions of third-party Partners, (e) Unauthorized access to user accounts or data.
In no event shall Lootycash's total aggregate liability exceed the total amount of Coins earned by the user in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.
Lootycash is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, or cyber attacks.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lootycash and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) Your violation of these Terms, (b) Your use or misuse of the Platform, (c) Your violation of any third-party rights, (d) Your fraudulent or illegal activities, (e) Content you submit or transmit through the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution by contacting Lootycash support and allowing 30 days for resolution.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
Lootycash reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Minor changes may be posted without individual notice. The 'Last Updated' date reflects the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must discontinue use immediately.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lootycash and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. Lootycash may assign these Terms without restriction.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive account termination.

Survey opportunities on the Platform are operated by third-party market research networks (including TheoremReach, a riwi company). Participation is entirely voluntary and requires your explicit consent, given via the consent checkbox at registration or before your first access to a survey wall. You may decline or stop participating at any time without affecting your access to other Platform features.
Survey providers may screen participants for eligibility. If you are screened out of a survey, you may receive a partial reward where the provider supports it. Screen-outs are determined solely by the research partner and do not entitle you to the full survey reward.
Survey rewards are credited when the research partner confirms a valid completion. If a partner subsequently invalidates or reverses a completion (for example, for inattentive or fraudulent responses), the corresponding Coins may be deducted in accordance with Section 5.4.
You agree to answer surveys truthfully, attentively, and personally. Automated, random, or deliberately misleading responses are a violation of these Terms and of our research partners' policies, and may result in reward reversal and account action under Section 7.
BY USING THE LOOTYCASH PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT: (a) You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety, (b) You agree to be legally bound by these Terms, (c) You meet all eligibility requirements, (d) You understand this is not a gambling or betting service, (e) You accept all risks associated with platform use.
